The Mizuno Wave Inspire 19 Women’s Running Shoe has been completely redesigned to offer you maximum comfort and support while you run. It features a new anatomical Wave plate that’s been constructed to follow the shape of your foot for more support and reduce over-pronation of the foot which keeps your body in a more natural alignment.

The midsole is 2mm thicker with the addition of Enerzy foam, giving it a softer, springy feel and better energy return. This level of cushioning is ideal for both shorter distances and marathons. More recycled and plant-based materials have been used in the production of the Inspire 19 than ever before to help the sustainability of our planet.
